a person who knows but a little will put on an air of knowledge. this is a matter of inexperience. when someone knows something well, it will not be seen in his manner. this person is genteel.

it is good to carry some powdered rouge in ones sleeve. it may happen that when one is sobering up or waking from sleep, his complexion may be poor. at such a time it is good to take out and apply some powdered rouge.

in the kamigata area they have a sort of tiered lunchbox they use for a single day when flower viewing. upon returning they throw them away, trampling them underfoot. the end is important in all things.
