vith such hectic schedules it is important to give our brain a break and reboot.
Start vith 4 imaginary things:
1.dancing organ grinder monkey
2.cylindrical wooden log
3.body of water
4.motion of log
begin vith imagining the monkey running on top of the log so the log is turning over and over smoothly in the water. (fig 1)
now eliminate the monkey from your thoughts. Concentrate only on the three items that are left – the motion of the log in the water, the log and the water….
Now eliminate the water. Concentrate only on the motion of the log turning over and over and over…
Now eliminate the log…. Think only of the motion itself, over, over, over…now eliminate the motion…
Your head should now be empty of thoughts.
This emptiness will last about half a second but vith practice the empty time can be extended.
